How Much Can I Cash Out?

The cash-out amount is determined by three primary factors: the Loan-to-Valuation (LTV) ratio, the outstanding home loan balance, and the total CPF funds utilised.

Applicants are also subject to regulatory requirements, including the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework. In addition, businesses must demonstrate sufficient financial capacity to service future monthly repayment obligations.
